I've purchased one of your games and I need a printable invoice - can you provide me with one?
  Yes - just go to https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html where you can enter your order number (eg 1234567890-12345-678901) and then you will be able to print out an invoice.
 
Do your games work on Windows Vista?
  Yes - our games run absolutely fine on Windows Vista - however to install the game using the supplied Microsoft Installer (MSI) file does require that the user has Administrative rights - once installed a standard user account can play the game.
 
Your game has stopped working under Windows Vista Service Pack 1 - is there a fix?
  The most likely problem is that you have sound and / or video drivers that are pre-Vista Service Pack 1. You need to see if there are any updates for them and if so install them - this should sort out the problem.
 
I have an unusual screen size - will your game cope with it?
  Yes - our games ensure that they do not have any of the game going offscreen or hiding behind the taskbar. Our games are carefully written to ensure that they can be played on and automatically adapt to a huge variety of screen sizes.
